Warranty price

Please note We mark No WARRANTY price for ALL Items / parts on the web site. But if you willing to get warranty, you can visit to our local outlet or special warranty price contact our salesman by phone or by email ,which is do not mark in the web site.

Replace Faulty Item/s within Warranty period

If you purchase with warranty ( ONLY WHO TALK TO OUR SALES AND PAY WARRANTY PRICE ) Please return item safely packed as we send to you. Address mark on your parcel or indicated in FAQ is correct. In ANY RETURN OR REFUND CASE you should PAY COURIER CHARGES by yourself. ***WE DO NOT REFUND OR PAY COURIER CHARGES IN ANY CASE*** )

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We do not change or cash refund for Tools and IC produts

Please make sure you select Tools according to your requirement and usage. We do not change any tool category product with any other later!! or we DO NOT cash refund. If tool have manufacturing defects we only can repair item but do not change to new item. Repairing time can be very with spare parts availability.

Change or Refund for Accessories

Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that the refund amount will exclude any shipping charges incurred during the initial purchase.

We do not Accept emergency orders!

We do not accept emergency orders , we will send paid items within 24 hours to 5 Working days period (Sundays, Poya days Closed).If stock unavailable our salesman will inform you, in case you need refund please send your order id and bank details to our email address. refund will placed within 3 to 7 working days.

We do not provide warranty for violating warranty rules !!

Violations against warranty, including but not limited to customer induced damage, such as self-repairs, warranty sticker removal, broken display (inside or outside), bending, scratch, dent, burn, soaked or liquid damage, root or manual update, failure to comply with product manual, and so on.
