If you purchased with a warranty, return the item safely packed as received. Customers must pay courier charges for returns.
Tools & IC products cannot be exchanged or refunded. If a tool has a manufacturing defect, we only repair it (not replace it).
Refunds for accessories will be processed after item inspection. Refunds exclude shipping charges incurred during the purchase.
